What this website collects

If you submit an inquiry, we store the name, email address, optional phone number, selected interest, message, contact consent, and submission time you provide. The VIP form stores your email address, consent, and signup time. The first-drop poll stores your email address, chosen piece, voting consent, and first and latest submission times. A repeat vote with the same email updates your choice.

How information is used

VWAY ELITE uses inquiry details to review and respond to your request. If you opt in to the VIP list, your email may be used for collection and organization updates. Inquiry submissions and poll votes do not automatically subscribe you to marketing updates. Poll choices help VWAY ELITE plan its first collection. Poll email addresses are used to keep one current choice per address; they are not verified.

Email and website services

The website uses Cloudflare-based hosting and storage. Resend processes notification and receipt emails. Your contact details are used to deliver these messages and allow VWAY ELITE to reply. Delivery records are stored to help investigate failed notifications.

Basic website measurement

We count page loads and selected button clicks by day. These counts do not identify individual visitors and do not use analytics cookies. They respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. To limit form abuse, a temporary hourly hash of the network address is stored with a submission count. Expired entries are removed when another form is submitted. Hosting providers may process technical request logs for security and operation.

Your choices

To leave the VIP list, request access to or correction of your submitted information, or request its removal, email info@vwayelite25.com. Include the email address used to sign up. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.
